We source our specialty-grade beans from high-altitude "Dark-Soil" estates, where the cherries develop a dense, resilient structure. Our roasting process is a disciplined "Profile-Lock" craft utilizing small-batch thermal mapping to eliminate the acidic "noise" of mass production while unlocking deep, powerful notes of dark cacao, toasted cedar, and black cherry.
